Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms cover buying and spending Glitzycoins on glitzycam.com. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy. By buying glitzycoins you agree to them.

1. What glitzycoins are

Glitzycoins are a prepaid balance on your Glitzycam account. You spend them on glitzycam.com to generate AI templates and to unlock templates in the marketplace. Glitzycoins stay on your account until you use them: they do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money, except for the refunds described in section 6.

2. Glitzycoin packs and prices

Glitzycoins are sold in packs, priced in US dollars:

Bigger packs include bonus glitzycoins, which is how they cost less per glitzycoin. Prices do not include sales tax or VAT: where tax applies it is calculated at checkout and added to the price shown, and it does not change the number of glitzycoins you receive. We may change packs and prices at any time; a change never affects glitzycoins you have already bought.

3. Paying

Payments are made by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your glitzycoins are added as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, which normally takes a few seconds. If they have not appeared after a few minutes, please contact us.

4. Spending glitzycoins

• AI template generation costs 75 glitzycoins per template, taken when you submit the request. If a generation fails or is cancelled, those glitzycoins are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unlocking a marketplace template costs the glitzycoins shown on its page, once. The template then stays unlocked on your account and you can download it again whenever you like. Free templates cost nothing.
• If we take a template off the marketplace, templates you have already unlocked stay available to you. If we delete a template entirely (for example after a rights complaint), your access to it ends and the glitzycoins you paid for it are returned to your balance.

5. Free glitzycoins

New accounts receive 75 welcome glitzycoins, one grant per person, which is enough for a first AI template.

Bonus glitzycoins included in a pack are part of that pack. Free glitzycoins have no cash value. We may remove glitzycoins that were obtained by abusing the service, for example by creating several accounts to collect welcome glitzycoins.

6. Refunds

You can get a refund for unused glitzycoins within 14 days of buying a pack.

• Ask within 14 days of the purchase, through the support form or at support@glitzycam.com, from the email address on your account.
• We refund the glitzycoins from that pack that are still unused, at the price you paid per glitzycoin (the pack price divided by all the glitzycoins in it, bonus glitzycoins included), and remove those glitzycoins from your balance.
• Glitzycoins you have already spent, templates you have unlocked and AI templates we have generated for you are final and cannot be refunded. The exception is a failed or cancelled generation: its glitzycoins come back to your balance automatically, with no request needed.
• Free glitzycoins, including welcome glitzycoins, are not refundable.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take several business days to show them.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live, including any right to cancel a purchase.

7. Problems with a charge

If something is wrong with a charge, please write to us first and we will sort it out. If a payment is reversed through a card dispute or chargeback, we remove the glitzycoins bought with it from your balance. If you have already spent them, your balance can go below zero, and you will not be able to spend glitzycoins until it is back above zero.

8. Your account

Glitzycoins belong to the account that bought them. If your account is closed or deleted, any glitzycoins left on it are lost, so please use them first.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you bought glitzycoins apply to that purchase, and we will update the “Last updated” date above whenever something changes.
